Materials
Offering exceptional chemical and thermal resistance, TRPlast combines the sealing force, resistance and recovery characteristics of an elastomer with a chemical resistance closely approaching that of PTFE.
TRPlast is a member of the perfluorelastomers family (ASTM 1418 FFKM). Perfluorelastomers is a polymer of three or more monomers in which all hydrogen atoms have been replaced by fluorine, thus dramatically increasing both chemical and thermal resistance.
TRPlast perfluorelastomer parts are available not just in O ring form but also in specific custom shapes from V rings to diaphragms and metal bonded parts.
